What affects what you actually pay
The spread
Every market has a gap between the buying price and the selling price. That gap belongs to the market, not to us, but it is a real cost — if you bought and immediately sold, you would get back slightly less than you paid. It is usually small on major assets and wider on thinly traded ones.
Currency conversion
If you buy an asset priced in a currency other than your account currency, the conversion happens at the prevailing rate. You will see the converted total before confirming.
Blockchain network fees
Crypto withdrawals carry a network fee set by the blockchain itself. It varies with congestion and is deducted from the amount sent, not charged by us.
Your own bank
Some banks charge for outgoing transfers or apply their own conversion rate on international payments. That is between you and them, but it is worth checking before a large deposit.
